A professional spray-applied coating system offers consistent coverage, long-term protection, and a clean, professional appearance, essential for any commercial or industrial facility. Induspray specializes in industrial spray painting services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southern Ontario, helping manufacturers, warehouses, and other large facilities protect their structures, improve durability, and extend service life.

Our Spray Painting Process

Every project begins with a thorough understanding of the site and the surfaces involved. Our process is designed to ensure precise coating application and minimal disruption to operations:

  • Site assessment – evaluation of substrates, surface condition, and environmental factors
  • Surface preparation – power washing, abrasive blasting, rust removal, and degreasing to eliminate contaminants and ensure adhesion
  • Repairs and patching – for metal, concrete, or drywall before coating application
  • Masking and protection – careful coverage of nearby equipment, flooring, and fixtures
  • Spray application – using airless or HVLP spray systems for smooth, even coating coverage
  • Layering and coating selection – primers followed by epoxy, urethane, or specialty coatings tailored to surface use and exposure
  • Inspection and testing – verification of film thickness, adhesion, and overall finish quality
  • Flexible scheduling – work planned around production shifts or shutdowns to avoid downtime

Surfaces We Coat with Industrial Spray Painting

Our industrial spray painting services cover a wide range of surfaces commonly found in commercial and industrial facilities across the GTA and Southern Ontario. Each surface is prepared and coated using materials best suited to its environment and operating conditions.

  • Metal decks and high ceilings prone to condensation and corrosion
  • Interior and exterior walls, concrete, masonry, drywall, and metal cladding
  • Floors, walkways, and loading docks requiring durable epoxy finishes and safety markings
  • Structural steel columns, beams, and framing systems
  • Doors, window frames, and trim
  • Industrial machinery, equipment, and piping for corrosion protection
  • Exterior elements such as steel roofs, tanks, silos, and metal siding

Each coating is selected for its ability to resist moisture, chemicals, and wear, helping facilities maintain performance and a professional appearance.

What Our Clients Say

We’ve used Induspray twice now, and both times had great success and were very happy. Will use again if we need more painting done.

Andy and his crew cannot be more recommended. In all our dealings, he was professional and honest. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Thanks again.

Induspray painted all the aluminum siding on the exterior of our warehouse, plus parts of the interior. The exterior totalled over 20,000 square feet. We’re very pleased with the results and how well the project was handled. Thanks, we could not really ask for more and are completely satisfied.

Thanks again for the great job on our floor. It looks fantastic and we just wish we had done it sooner because our place looks so much cleaner and brighter now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Industrial spray painting uses high-pressure spray systems (airless, HVLP, plural-component) to apply coatings uniformly over large surfaces or complex geometries. It’s faster, gives better coverage, and handles demanding coatings (epoxy, urethane) vs. standard brush/roller methods.

We spray-coat metal, concrete, masonry, drywall, structural steel, ceilings, roofs, tanks, pipes, cladding, doors, and equipment. Each surface is prepared and coated based on its exposure conditions.

Surface preparation is critical. We begin with cleaning (power washing, degreasing, abrasive blasting) to remove rust, old coatings, oil or contaminants, repair defects, prime where needed, and mask surrounding areas to ensure clean edges.

Our standard coatings include primers and topcoats like epoxy, elastomeric systems, and specialty corrosion- or chemical-resistant paints. We choose coatings based on substrate, exposure, thermal stresses, and client requirements.

The duration depends on surface area, prep condition, access, number of coats, and drying/curing time. A simple wall may take a day; a full plant section may take several days. We plan around shift schedules and weather for minimal disruption.

The optimal window is late spring through early fall when conditions are favorable (temperature, humidity). Some coatings and techniques allow limited work outside that window, but we always time projects to ensure proper curing in GTA climate.

We minimize disruption. Options include night/weekend work, phased painting, isolation of zones, and scheduling around production. Our crews coordinate closely with facility managers to maintain operations during the work.

Yes. Our crews are trained in industrial safety, wearing protective gear, using ventilation, containment, and following Ontario / GTA health, safety, and environmental regulations. We also ensure coatings are safe for your facility environment.

With quality preparation and premium coatings, finishes often last 10 to 15 years or more, depending on exposure, maintenance, and usage. High-wear or corrosive environments may require touch-ups or recoats earlier.

Absolutely. We start with a site visit and assessment of surfaces, conditions, and client needs. Based on that, we furnish a detailed proposal with scope, coating systems recommended, timeline, and cost.
